Behind the Scenes of the Tournaments

We’ve been working with tournament organizers for years, as partners, sponsors, or technical support. This August, we will serve as the title sponsors of TT EUROCUP OPEN 2025, a tournament that will bring together Poland’s top table tennis players. In the spring, we joined the organization of the White Star Cup, the biggest eFootball tournament in Poland this year. We weren’t just there – we were directly involved in the preparation and understand what it takes to create a high-quality event.

Today, tournament success is often measured by likes, views, or the number of participants. But these are only the tip of the iceberg. We believe that behind every truly successful event is a well-structured foundation. And at its core lies the quality of organization. It’s about clear communication between everyone involved. It’s about detailed planning and preparation, where every element is thought through and risks are addressed long before the event begins. It’s when every team member knows what needs to be done, who is responsible for what, and where to turn if something goes off track.

The second key aspect is technical stability. Platforms, streams, networks, infrastructure. When the audience sees a smooth broadcast with no lag, when a match runs uninterrupted, when players can fully focus on their game – it’s the result of the work of dozens of people behind the scenes. We’ve seen time and again how even the best tournament concept can fall apart if the technical side fails. That’s why we see stability not as a bonus, but as a foundation.

It’s just as important to ensure every stage runs without disruption. And that goes beyond just the event day. It includes registration, qualifiers, communication with participants, media support, scheduling, and post-event analytics. A tournament doesn’t end with the final whistle. It ends when every commitment has been fulfilled, partners are satisfied, and players are eager to return next time.

We believe that only this kind of comprehensive and responsible approach allows us to build a system. Not an event for the sake of hype, but a foundation for the sustainable growth of the scene. For the players, the community, the partners, and the brands. That’s why at WSH we invest in quality – because it leaves a lasting impression, builds trust, and creates the future.

Sincerely,

The WSH Team
