DreamHack Dallas 2024 ended this Sunday. This massive esports event brought together countless esports enthusiasts from all over the world. Naturally, this event also featured CLA's best eFootball players: Fico, JokerTole, and Neerven, who embarked on the journey to try and claim a share of the 100k USD prize pool. Invitations to the Esports World Cup 2024, one of the biggest EA FC events in the world, were also on the line.
The event featured 256 participants divided into four qualifying groups, playing in double-elimination brackets. The top 16 players advanced to the playoffs for a chance to compete for the grand prize.
Unfortunately, none of the boys were able to advance, with Fico coming as close as the finals of his bracket, where he narrowly lost to the future DreamHack Dallas winner, EmreYilmaz from the Netherlands.
Still, we are immensely proud of the level CLA players were able to achieve. Even the chance to participate in such a massive event provides loads of valuable experience. We can’t wait to see them take a rematch at DreamHack Summer 2024!
