Today, we have the pleasure of speaking with Roman Drach, the Chief Executive Officer at Winners Sports Hub Ukraine. It’s a special day as we celebrate the second anniversary of Winners Sports Hub. Over the past two years, WSH has made remarkable strides in the sports and esports industry. We’ll discuss their achievements, what sets them apart, and their exciting plans for the future.
Looking back on the past two years, what are Winners Sports Hub’s biggest achievements?
Roman Drach: We’ve had some incredible achievements over the past two years. Firstly, we’ve built football, volleyball, table tennis, and esports facilities. One of our most significant accomplishments is expanding our locations across Europe, which has enabled us to host international tournaments.
The launch of the EuroCup series in eFootball and eBasketball stands out as a major milestone. We’ve created a high-quality tournament ecosystem where players from Ukraine, Croatia, and Poland can compete regularly at a high level, bringing together young talents from these countries. Additionally, we’ve launched the international TT EURO.CUP tournaments, further cementing our commitment to providing top-tier competition opportunities.
What sets Winners Sports Hub apart from other players in the industry, and what do you attribute its success to?
Roman Drach: Our success comes down to teamwork and accountability. Everyone on our team takes responsibility for their part, and that collective effort is crucial. Winners Sports Hub is the largest aggregator for organizing sports competitions in various titles. Our unique ability to host international tournaments within our hubs sets us apart. The high level of our players, their preparation, innovations, and our constant drive for development are key differentiators.
What exciting plans or initiatives does Winners Sports Hub have in store for the future?
Roman Drach: We have big plans ahead! We’re looking to expand our locations and build the largest ecosystem of traditional and esports tournaments across Europe. It is just the beginning, as we plan to open more European venues for competitions. In the near term, we’re adding a Romanian division to our eFootball and eBasketball competitions and integrating eHockey into the EuroCup ecosystem for Ukraine, Croatia, and Poland. We’re also developing new engaging tournament formats for more traditional esports titles.
How does Winners Sports Hub plan to innovate and stay ahead in the sports and esports landscape?
Roman Drach: Innovation is at the core of what we do. We’re focused on creating workplaces and equipping our facilities with the latest technology. Developing fast-paced sports is a constant part of our organization, and there’s always room for improvement. We plan to integrate artificial intelligence to obtain more precise data for analysis. Our continuous drive to be better than we were yesterday pushes our team to enhance the quality of tournaments, improve player development opportunities, and refine our technical solutions.
Finally, what message would Winners Sports Hub like to convey as it enters its third year?
Roman Drach: Our message is simple: keep growing and never stop improving. To achieve global recognition, we aim to increase the number of titles and enhance the quality of our competitions. We’re committed to evolving and pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve.
